Order Cancellation
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the product is shipped. Once your item has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible through the website.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are available only for selected products. Return eligibility and timelines are mentioned on each product page and may vary depending on the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The return request must be made within the return period specified on the product page.

If your return is accepted, we'll share a return shipping label (where applicable) and provide further instructions.
Please note:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
- Return or exchange shipping charges may apply, depending on the case.
- Exchange or return will incur a reverse shipment fee of ₹100, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thedribblestore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or washed items
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
Please check the individual product page for specific return eligibility.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded to your UPI

- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
